Originally from Van, Turkiye, Turan has called the Tampa area home since 2007, bringing a global perspective to his work in property management. With more than a decade of high-level service and finance experience, including five years in cruise ship service and seven years as a Finance Manager for Nissan at AutoNation, he offers a rare blend of hospitality, financial acumen, and professionalism. His background enables him to approach every property and client relationship with precision, transparency, and a strong service-first mindset.​

Licensed as a real estate agent since 2016, Turan is committed to helping property owners and residents achieve their goals through clear communication and thoughtful guidance. He is fluent in Kurdish, Turkish and English and speaks basic Spanish, allowing him to connect with a diverse range of clients and communities. As a parent to a 15-year-old child, he understands the importance of safe, well-managed homes and stable, long-term housing solutions.​

Outside of property management, Turan is an active member of the Orlando City Soccer Club and enjoys playing soccer, traveling, cooking, and listening to books on Audible.
