Tina Maley is a dedicated property manager with deep roots in the Tampa Bay area and a long-

standing commitment to serving others. Born in Tampa and raised in nearby Apopka near

Orlando, she returned and relocated back to Tampa in 1978, giving her decades of first-hand

insight into the region’s neighborhoods and growth.​

Before entering real estate, Tina built a long career in the medical field, serving at Tampa

General Hospital and Moffitt and ultimately retiring after roughly twenty years of service. She

transitioned into real estate in 2003 and has been a licensed real estate agent since December 9,

2003, bringing a detail-oriented, caring, and service-minded approach to property management

that her clients value.​

Tina is a proud mother of three children and grandmother to three grandchildren, which

gives her a strong understanding of what families look for in a home. Outside of work,

she enjoys traveling and cruising, finding quiet, peaceful places—especially in the

mountains of Georgia—and supporting charitable causes such as St. Jude, all of which

reflect her warm, approachable, and community-focused personality.
