Cynthia Massey
Born in South Carolina, Oscar and Shirley Jackson’s early life was marked by a deep sense of family and ambition. With dreams of providing better opportunities for their children, the Jackson family moved north to give Cynthia and her siblings the chance to thrive. That move instilled in Cynthia the enduring values of hard work, perseverance, and the pursuit of personal growth.
A proud graduate of Morgan State University with a B.A., Cynthia built a successful career in healthcare, holding upper management positions in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations before pursuing her passion for real estate. In 2003, she relocated to Tampa Bay, where she embraced new challenges and opportunities.
Licensed in real estate since 2009, Cynthia has dedicated her career to helping others succeed—whether by guiding families in finding their dream homes or mentoring aspiring professionals on how to build lasting success in the industry. Her work is fueled by a genuine desire to see others grow and achieve their goals.
Outside of her professional life, Cynthia is deeply devoted to family and church. She is blessed with a loving husband, three children, two sons-in-law, and ten wonderful grandchildren. Family remains at the heart of everything she does, grounding her passion for service, community, and leadership.
